TASTING NOTE :
This sparkling wine is elaborated using the "Traditionalle" Method with full harvests and then raised 9 months on laths. Its aromas are typical from its grape variety : floral and fruity. It is on the whole a very elegant wine.

FOOD PAIRING :
Ideal for aperitive or dessert, this Cremant is semi-dry.
