The choice of a low dosage gives the opportunity to the champagne to express its terroir.

TASTING NOTE :
Its colour has silver reflections and its bubbles are very delicate and elegant. At the beginning the nose gives us aromas of citrus, yellow lemon and peach. In a second time we can find notes of toast, brioche and gingerbread. The palate is fresh, the mineral notes gives complexity and richness to this blanc de blancs. This vintage is marked by an extreme finesse and a beautiful complexity.
