100% Chardonnay                                                                                                          The 2012 harvest is certainly one of the most beautiful that Champagne has known. This blanc de Blancs, 100% chardonnay, is the blend of a selection of parcels in the heart of the Vertus 1er cru terroir.

DOSAGE :
4g/L                                                                                                                   The choice of a low dosage gives the opportunity to the champagne to express its terroir.

TASTING NOTE :
The nose is fine and elegant and offers mineral notes with citrus fruit or yellow lemon zest, then we find nice toasted aromas. The palate is initially fresh, then the wine gains in fullness and richness with white fruits, vine peach and white flowers notes. At the end the aromas are fresh and powerful with the aromas of fresh yellow fruits mixed with the minerality of the silex and some notes of hot spices.
