BLEND :
100% Chardonnay coming from Vertus, more precisely the parcel “La Justice” located at the bottom of the hillside. This cuvee is only from the 2018 harvest.

DOSAGE :
4 g/L
The choice of a low dosage gives the opportunity to the champagne to express its terroir.

TASTING NOTE :
The nose is fruity and full of richness which offers pear and peach aromas. From the opening we have fleshy fruits notes that offers complexity and maturity. The attack of the palate is fresh, the balance on the magnitude of the fruit gives a silky and round side in the mouth. We also have salty and pepper aromas.

Les Monts Ferrés

BLEND :
100% Chardonnay coming from Vertus, more precisely the parcel “Les Monts Ferrés” located in the middle of the hillside. This cuvee is only from the 2018 harvest.

DOSAGE :
5 g/L
The choice of a low dosage gives the opportunity to the champagne to express its terroir.

TASTING NOTE :
The nose is delicate and elegant at the same time, it offers mineral notes of flint. Then we can discover fresh aromas of lime zest, citrus, orange and grapefruit. For the palate the attack is upfront, the lemony aromas give liveliness and tone. Notes of fresh citrus and grapefruit are married with mineral and salty notes which offers a finish with pepper aromas.
